Here you'll find local news and commentary on matters covering Llano County, the City of Llano, The City of Sunrise Beach Village, the City of Horseshoe Bay, Kingsland, Marble Falls and Burnet County.

School News & Commentary:

Llano County has two school districts: the Llano Independent School District and the Burnet Consolidated School District. The LISD covers most of the County while the BCSD covers the Northeastern section of the County. National and State school matters having a particular impact on the local schools are also discussed in this section.
